If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and EFT through our secure payment provider. Payment information is encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your card details on our servers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription orders are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) according to the cadence you select at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled roast date to avoid being charged for that cycle. The 15% subscription discount applies to all recurring subscription orders and is not combinable with other promotional discounts unless otherwise stated.
5. Delivery
We aim to roast and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of confirmation. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the courier service used. Standard delivery within Johannesburg is typically 1–2 business days; national delivery is 2–5 business days. Free delivery applies to all subscription orders and to once-off orders over R500. Orders below this threshold attract a flat delivery fee displayed at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we do not accept returns of opened products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding delivery costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements — is the property of Rand Roast Co. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rand Roast Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
